Unicorn Chemicals wish to state that they have no connection whatsoever with the following companies:
Unicorn Direct Limited
Uniconomy Limited
Unicorn Specialist Solutions Limited
We have received several complaints from customers who have dealt with companies pretending to be associated with Unicorn Chemicals Ltd.
These companies typically utilize use of the word 'Unicorn' or a phonetic similarity to trick companies into dealing with them. Subsequent letters requesting a change to supplier details, often on a misleading company letterhead follow. Aggressive sales techniques may also be employed.
Products supplied by these companies are not the same as Unicorn Chemicals' and will not be covered by our Health and Safety Data Sheets. Product naming could involve prefixing our product names with 'Pro'. e.g., 'Jumbo' may be sold as 'pro-Jumbo' etc.
In order to assist our customers we have, on several occasions, and at our expense, replaced these under-performing sub-standard products with the original Unicorn product.
